Ashiatsu Instruction

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy classes are small and fun with loads of individualized instruction. Keeping the class size to 8 students enables the instructor to really spend time with each student. The therapists are able to observe, receive and give each of the strokes learned in class.

The small class size enables each student to soak in the ashiatsu information we delve into during class, whether it be the history of barefoot massage, strokes, etc. Each AOBT instructor explains the strokes thoroughly, demonstrates and helps the students physically do the stroke if need be.
